Job Summary:
Seeking Call Center Agents to provide professional customer service to shareholders, brokers, and institutional clients. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, resolving account inquiries, performing research, maintaining account information, and making outbound follow-up calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve account-related inquiries.
- Verify accounts and follow established call-handling procedures.
- Provide information on balances, stock prices, portfolio performance, and transactions.
- Research and resolve customer issues; escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate shareholder account information.
- Make outbound follow-up calls as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of financial products, systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–5 years of call center/customer service experience; financial services experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Strong keyboarding and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet daily schedules.
- Strong team player with a sense of urgency.
Salary : $15 - $18
