Position Overview

The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through production and launch. This role works closely with internal teams and overseas partners to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure product quality and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of product development, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet key milestones
• Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
• Coordinate with overseas teams to manage samples, revisions, and production updates
• Facilitate communication across internal teams including sales, marketing, and engineering
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
• Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements
• Support product training for internal teams such as customer service
• Monitor progress from development through product launch

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field
• Experience in consumer electronics, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills & Experience

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience working with overseas teams or vendors is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product tracking tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
• Experience supporting the full product lifecycle (concept through production)
