💼 What You’ll Do
✅ Develop new business across manufacturing, logistics, transportation, clerical and accounting
✅ Drive revenue through cold outreach, networking, and in-person visits
✅ Present customized staffing solutions that improve retention & reduce downtime
✅ Partner with recruiters to ensure fast, high-quality placements
✅ Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pricing → negotiation → close
✅ Maintain strong margins while delivering top-tier service
🎯 What You Bring
✔ College Degree or 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (staffing a big plus)
✔ Confidence selling across operations, admin, and leadership teams
✔ Strong communication, consultative selling, and closing skills
✔ Ability to manage a territory and travel locally
✔ Self-starter with a competitive, team-first mindset
