We are expanding our team at Specialty Outdoor Solutions! We are seeking a highly efficient, autonomous Remote Bookkeeper to manage our core financial data.
This is a focused, part-time position (~5 hours per week) designed for a seasoned professional who can maintain a pristine ledger with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Key Focus Areas:
- Transaction Management: Weekly precision categorization of all bank/credit card activity.
- Monthly Reconciliations: Flawless month-end closings matching bank statements perfectly.
- CPA Liaison: Act as our primary, seamless bridge to our external accounting firm for tax readiness.
The Ideal Candidate MUST Have:
- 5 years of dedicated, professional bookkeeping experience.
- Advanced, expert-level mastery of QuickBooks Online.
- Explicit, hands-on experience utilizing the Intuit IES (Intuit Enterprise Suite) ecosystem.
- A high degree of efficiency to deliver an immaculate set of books within a compact weekly window.
(Note: This role is focused strictly on data integrity and CPA coordination; it does not encompass daily cash flow management, collections, or fractional CFO strategy.)
