There is NO cold calling.
Starting salary: $38,000 year. Schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (w/ 1-hour lunch)

Duties include:
- Providing and tracking quotes to aerospace customers
- Entering orders, tracking deliveries and following up with customers on status changes.
- Onboarding customers, providing necessary information/documentation to set Specialty Hose up as a vendor.
- Answering the phone to support sales and customer service.
- Backing up the senior inside sales representative for aerospace.
- Facilitating customer documentation requirements.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Supporting and collaborating on marketing and business development efforts.
- A dedicated sense of customer service

- Exceptionally organized with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - personable
- Good computer skills and proven experience with Microsoft Office applications
