About The Position
We are a growing specialty manufacturing company seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, inventory control, and production workflow. This position plays a key role in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

About The Position
We are a growing specialty manufacturing company seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, inventory control, and production workflow. This position plays a key role in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute production scheduling and master production planning
- Release and track production orders
- Expedite customer orders as required
- Supervise and support shop personnel
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee purchasing of stock materials
- Track incoming freight and coordinate shipping logistics
- Prepare Certificates of Conformance and maintain quality records
- Perform contract review on incoming orders
- Enter completed order information and initiate invoice cycle
- Coordinate with sales regarding order status
- Oversee equipment maintenance scheduling
- Conduct employee reviews and manage overtime scheduling
- Receive RMAs and oversee inspection processes
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production management role
- Strong understanding of production scheduling and inventory control
- Experience supervising shop personnel
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- ERP system experience preferred
- Experience in regulated manufacturing (aerospace, industrial, ISO environment) a plus
