Ag-Pro Companies, a leading John Deere dealership network, is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative with a primary focus on residential customers—the everyday homeowner looking for reliable new and used lawn equipment and outdoor power products. You'll also support our turf managers, landscape professionals, and excavating companies when opportunities arise.

What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for Ag-Pro, primarily serving homeowners by selling new and used residential lawn equipment—including John Deere riding lawn tractors (100/200/X300 Series), zero-turn mowers (Z300/Z500 Series), Gator utility vehicles, push mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and other outdoor power tools from trusted brands like John Deere, STIHL, and Honda.
- Build strong relationships through inbound/outbound calls, emails, texts, virtual demos, and in-dealership visits to help customers find the right equipment for their yard size and needs.
- Use social media platforms effectively to showcase equipment, share homeowner tips, run local promotions, generate leads from everyday buyers, and build excitement around our residential lineup.
- Maintain expert product knowledge on features, benefits, and real-world applications for homeowner-friendly turf care and outdoor power equipment.
- Keep tabs on competitors' residential offerings and market trends, sharing insights with the team to stay competitive.
- Track customer details, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in our system for homeowners and other segments.
- Stay alert to homeowner trends (seasonal yard projects, upgrades for bigger properties) and share proactive ideas with management.
- Walk customers through financing options to make purchases straightforward and budget-friendly.
- Join sales trainings, product launches, and team huddles to keep skills sharp.
- Pitch in on other team tasks—we succeed together!
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of inside sales, retail sales, or equipment/outdoor power sales experience (preferred—especially residential/homeowner-focused; we value enthusiasm and quick learners!).
- Solid social media skills: confident creating posts, engaging homeowners online, running targeted local content, and turning likes/comments into leads.
- Outstanding communication and customer service—warm, consultative, patient, and persuasive in phone, email, chat, and video interactions.
- A collaborative mindset: thrives in a positive team culture where we support each other and celebrate wins.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, internet research, basic CRM, and sales reporting.
- Flexible schedule for peak homeowner times (some evenings/weekends during busy seasons).
