What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Project Coordinator position at Specialty Enzymes and Probiotics?
We are recruiting for an Operations Project Coordinator. This position will assist COO in all aspects of running an enzymes & probiotic testing and distribution facility. Duties will include: Coordinate projects, interacting with the quality assurance team, laison between departments, maintain office services, and making sure "stuff gets done".
B.S. Degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional level experience, 3-5 years exp. in facility maintenance and related functions. Science background a plus. Well organized, self starter, detail oriented with excellent communication skills, knowledge of building maintenance protocols, and basic accounting skills. Background with working in a manufacturing environment, Inventory control, Quality Assurance and regulatory affairs including NSF, ISO, and FDA requirements. Knowledge of Salesforce is required. This is a newly created position so the duties will vary as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
