WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience in the art of deal-making
- 5 years of business development or sales experience within the staffing industry
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing client accounts
- A strategic mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
