What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Leading end-to-end transformation engagements, from diagnostic through post-implementation optimization
• Developing transformation strategies and business cases for executive stakeholder groups
• Designing process improvement and organizational change initiatives across multiple functions
• Directing cross-functional delivery teams and mentoring junior consultants
• Advising C-suite on strategic priorities, organizational design and operational resilience
• Leveraging SAP and ERP systems expertise to optimize enterprise workflows and data architecture
• Establishing delivery standards, governance frameworks and best practices across engagements

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

• 10–15 years of consulting, transformation or business advisory experience, with 5 years leading teams
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives
• Deep expertise in business process optimization, organizational design or digital transformation
• Advanced knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems; SAP Certified Professional certification preferred
• Executive communication and stakeholder management across C-suite and board-level audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; MBA or advanced business qualification valued

Nice-to-have

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations transformation
• Background in change management certification or organizational psychology
