What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Leading end-to-end transformation initiatives from diagnostic phase through sustained delivery, owning outcomes and stakeholder confidence
- Conducting diagnostic assessments of business operations, identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for competitive advantage
- Designing and socializing transformation roadmaps with C-suite and operational leaders, translating strategic intent into executable workstreams
- Managing cross-functional delivery teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and accountability across complex, multi-phase programs
- Advising senior stakeholders on change management strategy, organizational design, and capability building required for sustainable transformation
- Building and leading high-performing consulting teams, mentoring junior consultants and raising standards of client advisory across engagements
- Driving process improvement and technology adoption initiatives, including SAP and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementations
- Developing thought leadership and client-facing insights that demonstrate deep sector knowledge and transformation expertise
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
Must-have
- 10–15 years of consulting, transformation, or operational leadership experience, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-million-dollar change programs
- 5 years leading consulting teams or driving major transformation initiatives with direct P&L or stakeholder accountability
- Deep expertise in business process redesign, organizational change management, and enterprise systems (SAP, ERP) implementation
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders on strategy, transformation roadmaps, and performance improvement
- SAP Certified Professional credential or equivalent advanced ERP systems knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Experience in specific verticals such as manufacturing, healthcare, financial services or advanced industries
- Track record of leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
