This role sits within a growing compliance and regulatory affairs team, where you would support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, regulatory monitoring, and compliance assessments across the organization. You could work across multiple regulatory domains and stakeholder groups, helping to identify compliance gaps, assess risk exposure, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal policies.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) aligned with regulatory standards
• Conducting compliance assessments and regulatory gap analyses across key business areas
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits
• Monitoring regulatory updates and evaluating organizational impact
• Documenting compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions
• Supporting investigations into compliance concerns and incidents
• Collaborating with operations, quality, and leadership teams to close compliance gaps
• Preparing compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies where required

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

• 2–5 years of compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or related risk management experience
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with audit management, process documentation, and compliance monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on defined compliance activities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

• Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification
• Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, financial services, or healthcare)
• Knowledge of specific regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO 13485, SOX, AML/CFT, or equivalent)
• Audit or internal control experience
