Production Fabricator
Special-T Manufacturing is recruiting for a full-time production fabricator. Our working business hours are Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4:30 pm.
The stating pay for this position is $18.00 per hour with frequent pay increase opportunities.
Duties And Responsibilities:
May include, but are not limited to, the following
· Operate machines and hand tools to make components for larger products.
· Align components using hand tools and machines to complete the assembly process.
· Deburr and sand parts using pneumatic and belt sanders.
· Assist in moving materials when needed.
· Read blueprints and schematics.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
· Maintain a level of quality consistent with established standards.
· Comply with established safety rules.
· Comply with company policy and procedures.
· Maintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, leads, supervisors and managers.
· Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company policy.
· Perform other duties as assigned to the satisfaction of supervisor and or lead.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:

Education/Knowledge:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience/Skills/Communication:
Ability to read a tape measure, use and read calipers.
Ability to interact with others by giving, receiving and comprehending instructions and information.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear and is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
