Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid | Up to $110K
Location: Chula Vista, CA (91910) & surrounding cities

Your Role:
- Develop, implement, and oversee ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Behavior Consultants
- Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- Clinical experience preferred; new BCBAs are encouraged to apply
