This is a full-time, on-site position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in San Diego, CA. The role involves conducting comprehensive behavior analysis, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and working directly with clients to improve behavior outcomes. Additional responsibilities include providing education and training to parents or caregivers and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support overall success.
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Solid understanding of Psychology principles related to behavior
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with families and teams
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing various behavioral needs is a plus
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field preferred
