What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Track progress and adjust interventions for best outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Passion for improving lives through ABA
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be eligible to work in California
