The Impact You’ll Make
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will oversee the clinical operations of our Indianapolis site. Your mission includes:
- Team Leadership: Directing licensed and non-licensed personnel to maintain peak operational performance.
- Quality & Compliance: Spearheading infection control, antibiotic tracking, and daily chart audits to ensure 100% alignment with State and Federal regulations.
- Operational Excellence: Managing medical supplies, lab coordination, and nursing schedules to keep the facility running seamlessly.
- Clinical Integrity: Leading by example—whether it’s managing TB/COVID protocols or supporting the team during critical shifts.
Who You Are
- Credentialed: Valid RN License in good standing (Indiana).
- Experienced: At least 2 years of RN experience, ideally within a hospital or behavioral health setting.
- A Leader: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the nursing field.
- Certified: Current BLS Provider.
- Detail-Oriented: A pro at medical records, documentation logs, and OIG compliance.
