We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall health and functionality of our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for all users within the organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
- System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, updates, and system patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT support activities, issues, and resolutions. Create and update documentation for user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Training: Provide training to end-users on the use of hardware, software, and other IT tools to enhance overall IT literacy within the organization.
- Hardware and Software Management: Manage hardware and software inventory, including procurement, installation, and configuration.
- Security: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard IT infrastructure, data, and sensitive information.
- Remote Support: Provide remote support for users working in various locations, ensuring consistent IT services.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.

- IT Support Specialist or similar experience required
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, networking principles, and IT security required
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
- Customer-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment required
- CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), and or similar certifications preferred
- Healthcare IT experience preferred
