Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative

Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about helping people? Speaker Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative. This role combines exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and sales to create an outstanding first impression for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule new patient consultations and manage appointment flow
• Build relationships with prospective patients and families
• Follow up with leads and help patients begin treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Handle scheduling challenges and solve problems with confidence

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional personality
• Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with people
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player

Preferred Experience

• Customer service or sales experience
• Medical, dental, or orthodontic office experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
