  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow SPC Mechanical's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; maintain a content calendar and write, schedule, and publish posts that reflect company culture, projects, and career opportunities.
  • Content Capture, Creation & Compliance: Photograph and record video at company events, career fairs, and active jobsites; edit content into polished materials for social platforms and recruiting collateral; obtain necessary consent and media releases and ensure all content usage complies with company policy.
  • Onboarding & Orientation Logistics: Partner with the HR Generalist to coordinate the logistical elements of new hire orientation and onboarding, including scheduling, materials, and location logistics, while HR Generalist manages new hire paperwork and systems setup.
  • Annual Training Calendar Management: Build, maintain, and update an annual training calendar across all departments, ensuring it is accessible company-wide and reflects current training offerings and schedules.
  • Registration, Attendance & Certification Tracking: Manage registration and attendance for training sessions and classes, and monitor employee certification and compliance timelines, proactively flagging upcoming expirations and coordinating renewal training as needed.
  • Recruiting & Training Reporting: Compile reporting data from training instructors and recruiting or social media activity; report results, progress, and emerging needs to the Talent Development Partner and Director of Talent Acquisition & Growth.
  • Vendor & Materials Coordination: Coordinate with hotels, catering vendors, and training venues, and manage the preparation and transport of training and event materials and equipment.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media, marketing, and recruiting content aligns with SPC Mechanical's brand voice, visual identity, and messaging guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate effectively with instructors, department leaders, field operations, safety teams, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to align recruiting and training efforts with organizational needs.
  • Professional Development: Stay current on social media platform changes, content trends, and recruiting, marketing, and training coordination best practices; participate in relevant trainings to continually improve effectiveness.
