Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company offerings and generate interest
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all relevant details are accurately captured
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain up-to-date records
- Perform follow-up (warm) calls to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach with current campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of call activity, lead status, and appointment outcomes
- Address client questions professionally and provide clear, relevant information about products and services
- Apply effective objection-handling and negotiation techniques to secure appointments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred
- Familiarity with technology or technical sales is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, or similar systems
- Proven ability to handle objections and apply basic negotiation techniques
