Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in business preferred or related experience in Property Management. This position requires 5 years of experience as an on-site Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager. Fair Housing certification is needed before interaction with residents. Must be knowledgeable of financial reporting.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Operates the property within the financial guidelines of the property budget.
- Directs and evaluates the job performance of the property staff. Is responsible for staff training and must ensure all staff operate within the established policies and procedures.
- Maintains occupancy at established levels by completing marketing plans, advertising, and ensuring the established sales techniques are used effectively by leasing staff.
- Designs, implements, and maintains resident retention programs, including newsletters, recognition, and social activities.
- Review delinquent accounts and take the required collection action.
- Monitors the preventative maintenance calendar and reviews the status of all work orders.
- Responsible for preparing and adhering to the property budget.
- Reviews all monthly financial reports.
