Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Door-to-Door Sales Representative based in Des Moines, IA. The role involves engaging with potential customers by directly visiting residential neighborhoods to promote and sell Spartan Solar's product offerings. Responsibilities include generating leads, building customer relationships, presenting product options, and closing sales deals. Representatives are expected to demonstrate product knowledge, address customer inquiries, and uphold Spartan Solar’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with customers and convey product information
• Sales and Sales Management experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Capability to provide Training and mentoring to peers or junior team members
• Experience in the Beauty Industry is a plus (optional but beneficial)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required

COMPENSATION

• First year reps usually make anywhere from 100k-250k top earners making over 600k a year
• 100% commision with commission around 10-20k each for self gens and 4-10k each for company leads
