Operations Support Specialist
WD Door is seeking and Operations Support Specialist to support customers, field crews, and internal operations in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for incoming calls, work order creation, and operational and sales support. You'll help ensure customers receive timely assistance and crews have the information they need to complete their work.

What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls and resolve questions or concerns
- Create work orders based on customer requests and service needs
- Route calls to the appropriate person or department when needed
- Make outbound calls to customers and field crews for follow-up
- Support field crews with job information and problem resolution
- Become knowledgeable on vendor products and services
- Provide sales and service support
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Support a fast-paced operations environment
- Provide backup support for afternoon operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of related experience required
- Construction industry experience helpful OR experience in parts, hardware, service counter, dispatch, or similar environment
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn internal systems/software
- Basic math skills
