In this Entry Level Account Associate role, you will work face-to-face with businesses and customers to understand their needs, explain available telecom products and services, and help guide them toward the right options. Our Entry Level Account Associate will be responsible for supporting sales efforts through consistent customer engagement, clear communication, and follow-through on sales interactions.
Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for customers and business owners providing clear and professional support during sales orders
- Handle direct customer interactions face-to-face to assist with account updates, service questions, and general inquiries on products
- Clearly explain available products and services in a way that is easy for customers to understand and feel confident in their decisions
- Identify customer needs through conversation and provide appropriate solutions or next steps during sales orders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in internal systems and product activations
Entry Level Account Associate Qualifications:
- Verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills within the company
