AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Meet face-to-face with business owners and customers throughout your assigned territory
- Learn about each company's communication needs, current services, and operational goals to best recommend specific AT&T products
- Recommend customized AT&T wireless, internet, and business solutions based on each customers unique needs
- Set up customers with their custom package, process their sales order, and answer questions along the way
- Build rapport with customers and business owners for future referrals to increase account management
- Educate customers on available products, services, pricing, and promotions while ensuring a seamless enrollment experience
- Actively listen to customer needs to ensure recommendations are tailored, relevant, and solution-focused
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in a related role such as sales, customer service or prior customer facing positions
- Strong communication skills to work directly with customers
- A focus on understanding customer needs before recommending solutions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented to work within a sales position
- Time management and organizational skills to manage customer accounts
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
