Sparks Group has partnered with a global B2B technology company to find a strategic, extremely hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader to own and scale their global recruiting function from Boston, MA. This is a high-impact, people-leadership role—you’ll build, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of recruiters across the U.S., Europe, and Mexico, driving the full talent lifecycle at scale.
Working for this start-up, you’ll be the architect of their talent strategy, designing and implementing systems, processes, and best practices that keep multiple pipelines moving seamlessly while elevating the performance of your team. Team Leadership
- Hire, develop, and manage a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators spanning Boston, Europe, and Mexico.
- Set clear goals, establish accountability structures to make the process flow, and create a high-performance recruiting culture.
Global Pipeline Management
- Own end-to-end talent pipelines across three regions simultaneously.
- Partner with regional leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring demand, and ensure pipelines are always ahead of headcount targets — not reacting to them.
High-Volume Recruitment (Monterrey)
- Lead your Mexico-based recruiting team in executing high-volume hiring for studio-based roles including dealers, supervisors, and customer-facing positions.
- Drive process efficiency and candidate throughput to support rapid team expansion.
Technical & Specialized Recruiting (U.S., Mexico & Europe)
- Support regional recruiting leads in sourcing and closing top software engineering and technical talent across U.S. and European markets.
- Bring strategic direction to how we position ourselves competitively in those talent markets.
Sourcing & Talent Marketing
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies tailored to each region — spanning job boards, social media, universities, staffing partners, and local talent networks.
- Ensure our employer brand resonates across geographies and candidate profiles.
Candidate Experience
- Set the standard for a consistent, professional, and efficient candidate experience across all regions and roles.
- Drive continuous improvement in how candidates move through our funnels.
Onboarding Coordination
- Partner with local HR and operations leadership in each region to ensure seamless onboarding experiences — including orientation scheduling, group onboarding logistics, and first-day readiness for large new hire cohorts.
Hiring Process & Reporting
- Own recruiting data and reporting across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track team performance against hiring targets, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary talent acquisition partner to HR, operations, and business leadership across Monterrey, Boston, and European offices.
- Align recruiting strategy with business priorities across all functions.
