Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between the Global Quality Leader and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities. Support the development, tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives and quality improvement programs globally. Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers and accelerate decision-making processes. Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership. Manage special projects and ad hoc requests to support the Global Quality Leader’s objectives. Drive continuous process improvements within the quality organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  
  

Qualifications/Background Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, operations, or strategic program management, preferably within a global or complex organization. Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a Chief of Staff, program management, or similar role. Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment is highly desirable.
