About Us
Sparkologie is a creative studio for kids ages 5–12 focused on art, design, STEM, and emerging technologies like AI. We create magical, hands-on learning experiences through after-school programs, camps, workshops, and special events. Our mission is to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.
▶ Key Responsibilities: Program & Site Leadership
- Serve as Assistant Studio Manager & Site Director for after-school programs and camps at partner schools
- Lead daily program execution: setup, transitions, student flow, and cleanup
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for all students
- Act as the primary point of contact for school partners and on-site staff
▶ Studio Operations
- Support day-to-day operations of the Sparkologie studio
- Manage materials, inventory, and supply prep for classes and camps
- Help coordinate schedules, staffing, and program logistics
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of the studio
▶ Team Support & Leadership
- Assist with training, coaching, and supporting instructors
- Step in to lead classes or activities when needed
- Help build a positive, energetic, and professional team culture
▶ Customer Experience
- Communicate with parents in a friendly and professional manner
- Address questions, feedback, and day-to-day concerns
- Help create a welcoming, magical experience for families

- Experience working with children (education, camps, childcare, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Natural leadership ability with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable managing both logistics and people
▶ Bonus if you have:
- Experience in art, design, STEM, or creative education
- Prior leadership or site director experience
