Job Description
Motive is growing, and we’re looking for Project Managers at multiple levels (I–III) to join our team.
In this role, you’ll lead projects from early planning through construction, managing scope, schedule, budget, and team coordination while serving as a key client contact. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and agencies to deliver high-quality, well-executed projects.
What you’ll do:
- Manage projects across all phases
- Coordinate teams, consultants, and agencies
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and documentation
- Ensure quality, code compliance, and design intent
- Support and mentor team members
Who we’re looking for:
- 8 years of experience (Level I & II) | 10 years (Level III)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Architectural licensure and NAAB-accredited degree preferred
