Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
As the Assistant Manager, you are the "architect" of the studio's growth and operations:
- Drive Growth: Lead the sales process from prospect outreach to membership conversion. You’ll hit monthly targets for memberships and private sessions while supporting local community marketing.
- Lead the Team: Supervise, train and support our Sales Associates, helping with onboarding and leading by example in professional customer service to provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales goald and operational standards.
- Master the Operations: Maintain a beautiful, organized studio environment and handle everything from schedule coordination to member billing in ClubReady.
- Problem Solve: Act as the first point of contact for member issues, ensuring every challenge is met with a professional solution in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Experienced: You have 2–3 years in sales, fitness, or high-end customer service.
- A Closer: You are confident on the phone and in person, with a proven ability to convert leads into dedicated members.
- Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities without breaking a sweat.
- A Pilates Advocate: You have a genuine passion for health, wellness, and the Club Pilates brand.
- Proven experience in assistant management or supervisory roles within fitness, retail or service environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience with recruiting, employee orientation, training & development is highly desirable
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
