Overview
We’re a growing e-commerce company with a warehouse in Pennsylvania, looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join our warehouse team.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Shipper to join our team in Jessup, PA.
This role is responsible for preparing and processing outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and committed to ensuring orders are shipped correctly and on time.
Responsibilities
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and organizing products according to order requirements.
- Verify products, quantities, shipping labels, and order information for accuracy before shipment.
- Prepare cartons and pallets for shipment, including wrapping, labeling, and staging completed orders.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to process orders and track inventory movements.
- Assist with loading outgoing shipments and organizing products for carrier pickup.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and report any discrepancies or damaged products.
- Keep the shipping and staging areas clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
- Coordinate with team leads and other warehouse departments to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
- Operate pallet jacks and other authorized warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operational guidelines.
- Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of warehouse experience required.
- Previous shipping, order fulfillment, picking, or packing experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify orders and quantities.
- Basic math and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position in Jessup, PA.
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
This role is a great fit for someone looking for steady daytime hours and an early start to the weekend by wrapping up early on Fridays.
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39.0 per week
