What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional & Experienced Custodian/Janitor position at SparklePro Commercial Cleaning?

I'm the owner of a local cleaning company and I am looking to build out a team of two trusted, experienced, and professional cleaners.
***CURRENT JOB TO STAFF: I have a client (an office space) that needs their facility cleaned 1x/week after 4:30pm. Cleaning includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, surface wiping and disinfecting of areas. Currently, there are certain areas of the facility that is being cleaned while the remaining areas are being renovated. This will turn into a 12,000 sqft office once done. Pay is $20/hr and is paid weekly.
***This job preliminarily starts the week of August 3rd (a specific day that week has not been confirmed).
- Must be a professional and experienced cleaner
- Must be able to consistently make this scheduled above dates
- Must have reliable transportation & your own cleaning supplies (including a vacuum).
This position is available for those cleaners that are trustworthy, experienced, reliable. Apartment and home cleaning is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
