What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional & Experienced Cleaner/Janitor position at SparklePro Commercial Cleaning?

I'm the owner of a local cleaning company and I am looking to build out my team of trusted, experienced, and professional cleaners.
***CURRENT JOB TO STAFF: I have a client (an apartment community) that needs to have their apartments cleaned between July 25-Aug 12. These are turn cleans. There are 35 total units consisting of studios, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, and 4BR units. Pay is based on the unit type and is paid as follows:
Studio = $75, 1BR = $90, 2BR =$105, 3BR =$135, 4BR = $165
- Must be a professional and experienced cleaner
- Must be able to consistently make this scheduled above dates
- Must have reliable transportation & your own cleaning supplies (including a vacuum).
This position is available for those cleaners that are trustworthy, experienced, reliable. Apartment and home cleaning is required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
