Position Summary of the Recruiter
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving our staffing initiatives by identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional talent with our clients.
This position requires a motivated and consultative professional who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process while building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align top talent with the needs of our clients while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Position Responsibilities of the Recruiter
- Spearhead the analysis, selection, and interviewing of candidates through phone, video, and face-to-face interactions.
- Execute recruiting strategies, fundamentals, and core principles to meet hiring goals.
- Determine applicant qualifications through interviews, analysis, reference verification (when applicable), and alignment with job requirements.
- Leverage recruiting tools and technology to assist in fulfilling client job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews by managing schedules and guiding applicants through the hiring process.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify top candidates that align with client openings.
- Build pipelines of passive candidates and long-term professional relationships to become an industry expert and proactively add value to clients.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including:
- Screening candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Facilitating communication throughout the interview and placement process
- Negotiating compensation packages
- Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain strong candidate relationships, both during the placement process and long-term.
Minimum Requirements of the Recruiter
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding production objectives and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
- Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to change.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Desire to work in a competitive, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Requirements of the Recruiter
- Understanding of and openness to technology and documentation processes.
- Contest-level performance and/or a track record of growth in placement results over time.
