Role Description
Spark Recruiting is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Media to oversee and optimize paid media campaigns. This full-time role is hybrid-based, located in New York, NY, with flexibility to work from home part-time. Responsibilities include managing performance marketing strategies across various advertising platforms, analyzing campaign performance data to drive insights, reporting on key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will also contribute to testing new ad formats, creative concepts, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Paid Media strategy development and execution, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and programmatic ads
- Strong skills in campaign performance analysis, data-driven optimization, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and tools for audience targeting and performance tracking
- Understanding of marketing principles, A/B testing, and ROI-driven campaign tactics
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with emerging ad technologies and ability to continuously experiment with new tools to enhance performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working within advertising or digital marketing agencies is a plus
