Title: Stylist
Location: Denver, CO
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday
Compensation: 40k Base Aggressive commission plan (OTE $80-100k yr. 1)

Our client is changing the traditional face of retail. In four years, they grew annual revenue from $300,000 to $4 million by building a solution based styling model inside traditional retail stores. Their driving force is transparency and authenticity. They want every woman to try less and embrace her inherent beauty through the vehicle of fashion. This is not about pretty clothes. It is about transformation, self expression, and a community that celebrates women through every stage of their lives.

THE ROLE

Stylists are the heartbeat of the client experience. This is a personal, mission driven, relationship first sales approach, not a transactional one. You will build a client base from the ground up, reach out proactively, and construct a customized styling strategy for every person you serve. Shopping should feel effortless for the client and purposeful for you.

This role rewards hunger. You are constantly clienteling, following up, and finding new ways to deepen relationships with repeat customers. You are also comfortable being the face of the brand, including on camera, since video is one of the primary ways our client's stylists build trust and stay connected with clients between visits.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Build and grow your own client base through proactive outreach and consistent follow up

• Hit your personal monthly sales goal and maintain a strong sales per hour average

• Develop deep, self directed product knowledge across the full designer matrix, including fit, fabrication, and seasonal trends

• Represent the brand with professionalism in the store and in the community

• Stay aware of overall store goals and how your work contributes to them

• Work autonomously in a fast paced retail environment, including point of sale duties as needed

• Communicate openly with your team and help keep the team spirit strong

• Follow through on every commitment you make to clients and coworkers

• Show up on time, prepared, focused, and positive, every shift

WHO YOU ARE

You have a track record of building real relationships that turn into sales through genuine, value add service. A background in another sales driven industry such as hospitality, real estate, or financial services is welcome and often a great fit. A college degree is preferred but not required if the experience speaks for itself.

You communicate well, both in writing and out loud, and you are naturally collaborative. You hold yourself to a high ethical standard and want to be part of a diverse, supportive team. You are comfortable with technology, including standard Microsoft and Mac applications, and you are willing to work weekends and travel to any of our client's locations as needed.
