Position: Mechanical Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SolidWorks, Teamcenter, and GD&T, and will play a key role in supporting end-to-end product design and development from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to full-cycle product development, from initial design concepts to production release.
• Utilize SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design validation, and Teamcenter for product data and lifecycle management.
• Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and related technical documentation.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and conduct tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure design precision and manufacturability.
• Manage and execute Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) effectively.
• Collaborate across onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless communication, task coordination, and delivery.
• Use Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for documentation, reporting, and technical presentations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Teamcenter, and GD&T application.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
