Position: Delivery Assurance Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Delivery Assurance Engineer to support supplier performance, material availability, and delivery reliability for ongoing production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely material flow and process stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure on-time receipt of materials to meet production schedules.
- Oversee PR to PO conversions and track the progress of vendor payment releases.
- Support supply chain stabilization activities and drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain delivery performance dashboards and regular reporting metrics.
- Analyze and monitor warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve performance or quality issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, quality, and operations teams to maintain supplier performance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
- Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and vendor management processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and data analysis skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
