Job Description:
We are currently hiring Front Desk Associates for Evening Shifts (3 pm to 11 pm). As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a great guest experience and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
- Ensure workstation cleanliness and readiness throughout the shift
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
- Communicate with other team members and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with front desk systems is a plus
- Must be available for Evening and Night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred but not required
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
