Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and updating guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively.
- Provide multilingual support when necessary to enhance guest relations and services.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to guests to enhance their stay.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
