Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Restock food and beverage items regularly while adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures
• Serve guests with a friendly attitude, assisting with food handling and dietary requests as needed
• Monitor food safety standards diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Assist with manual handling tasks such as lifting supplies or equipment safely and efficiently
• Support catering or banquet functions by providing timely service and setup assistance when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality preferred is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace safely and effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Experience with food preparation, serving, or catering environments preferred
