Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and courtesy.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Address guest complaints or concerns in a timely manner, striving for resolution to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to guests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software; familiarity with hospitality management practices is desirable.
