- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as window washing, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products efficiently and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules promptly and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and properly stored for optimal efficiency
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as scheduled
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work 1-2 evenings per week
- Must pass crimincal baclground check
