Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, and other facilities
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of cleanliness
- Follow specific cleaning protocols for different types of surfaces and materials
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences
- Complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Experience
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience (1-2 years or more) in residential or commercial settings is required!
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transporation
- Background check required
- Must be able to work 1-2 evenings per week in addition to day shift. This position is not "either/or" for day and evening requirement.
