About the role
SparClean is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving Central Pennsylvania. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented house cleaner to join our 3-person team. You'll work Monday through Friday — no weekends, ever. Some evening availability is a plus but not required. If you take pride in your work and like being part of a tight-knit team, this is the job for you.
What you'll do
✓Clean and maintain residential homes to a consistent, professional standard
✓Work as part of a 3-person team to complete efficient 1-hour visits
✓Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common living areas
✓Follow SparClean's proven cleaning system for consistent results
✓Represent SparClean professionally in clients' homes
What we offer
✓Competitive pay: $20–$25/hr based on experience

Requirements
✓Reliable transportation to job sites across Central PA
✓Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting (required for all employees)
✓Strong attention to detail and work ethic
✓Ability to stand, bend, and work physically for the duration of a shift
✓Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
