Your Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing members by phone and video
- Schedule and manage virtual appointments
- Learn about each member’s needs and discuss available options
- Provide clear explanations of benefits, services, and enrollment information
- Guide members through online applications and required documentation
- Follow up after appointments and assist with additional questions
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Participate in virtual meetings, training, and coaching sessions
- Build positive, professional relationships with the people you assist
- Work toward personal and team performance objectives
