Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll work with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit programs. Your responsibilities may include:
Speaking with members through inbound and outbound phone calls
Scheduling virtual appointments with individuals requesting additional information
Reviewing available benefit and coverage options in a clear, professional manner
Assisting clients with online applications, forms, and required documentation
Maintaining accurate and organized client records
Following established company procedures and compliance requirements
Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
