Key Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with members
Provide clear information about available benefit programs
Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation
Answer questions and guide members through their coverage options
Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and well-organized
Comfortable using basic computer tools (Zoom, email, data entry)
Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
Customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
Must be eligible to pass a background check
