Duties — What You'll Own

• Prepare honest, accurate, and complete damage estimates that customers can trust
• Thoroughly inspect damaged vehicles using proven, standardized procedures
• Estimate repair costs and timelines with confidence and precision
• Track repairs in motion — monitoring labor, materials, and costs every step of the way
• Champion quality, making sure every repair meets the standard our customers deserve
• Deliver the kind of follow-up and customer service that earns five-star reviews
• Be the communication hub connecting the dealership and the collision center

Qualifications — What You Bring

• 1–3 years of automotive collision estimating experience
• Hands-on experience with CCC ONE estimating software
• Comfort with computer-aided estimating tools (Microsoft Office, P-pages)
• A knack for researching OEM repair recommendations
• A people-first mindset and real passion for great customer service
• The energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced shop
• Sharp organizational and time-management instincts
• A professional presence and strong work ethic
• Driver's license preferred; bilingual a big plus
• Ability to commute to Humble, TX
